About Us
Ünsal Automotive was founded in 1967 by Alper Ünsal for the purpose of serving the automotive industry.
After starting its business life with the manufacture of sheet metal parts and gaining experience in welding over time, it specialised in the manufacture of chassis. Over time, the company has produced parts for many different industries, including pickup truck bodies, metal parts for Siemens high-voltage systems, various sheet metal parts and seats for pickup trucks and lorries, open/closed truck bodies, camping trailers, boat trailers, items such as beds and screens for the healthcare industry, and carrying skids and baskets.
In order to meet the increasing capacity of the automotive industry, our company has been operating in its new factory in Gebze Güzeller Organised Industrial Zone with 13.500 m2 closed and 6000 m2 open area since 2006. With more than 50 years of experience, it specialises in manufacturing metal parts and components by cold forming, pressing, assembling, welding, laser cutting, machining and electrostatic powder coating. Our references include world brands such as Anadolu Isuzu, BPW, Ford, Wittur, Hendrickson, Kögel, Oyak Renault, Siemens, Pimsa Otomotiv, Musoshi, Kale Aviation.
Aiming to develop in line with developments in the automotive industry, and aware of the importance of high quality in production, our company has obtained ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System certificates.
